Three languages, each on its own address

ServicesLanding pages and brochure sites
From a blank page to the first message from a client in your Telegram. Structure, copy, design, code, launch — one person and no hand-offs between contractors.
For independent pros, clinics, studios and small companies in Ukraine — and for Ukrainian-owned businesses in Poland, Germany and Switzerland: a site in the local language while you explain the task in yours. The page you’re reading was built the same way.
from $400
Just write — I take it from there. Scoping your task costs nothing.
Sound familiar?
None of that is fixed by a prettier picture. It is fixed by structure, honest copy and one person you can hold to it.
This is working code, not a mock-up — click and see.
Proof within reach
There is no separate widget here on purpose: you are already looking at the thing you would be buying — the same markup, the same code, the same approach to copy. Five things you can check right now, without leaving.

Scope of work
I ask about your clients and the job, set the order of the blocks, write or rewrite the copy. No filler “about us”.
I design around the finished copy instead of pouring copy into a bought template where half the blocks serve nobody.
I write it myself. No builder, no pile of plugins waiting to break on an update and take the page down with them.
One layout for every screen. There is no separate “mobile version”, and there is no need for one.
Titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap. It loads fast because there is nothing extra on it.
The page is the core. Here’s what comes with it — things that usually mean hiring someone else.
A first screen with your logo, your services and your tone — you see “yours” before deciding anything.
A chat window that answers in your words at night and on weekends, and hands over what it doesn’t know. The same one runs on this page.
Form lead → spreadsheet → a message to you, tagged with where the person came from.
If your clients write in more than one language, a second one launches with the site, on its own address for search. This page is built that way.
Domain, code, access and analytics — on your accounts, not mine.
You’ll change copy, a service or photos yourself — with the guide I leave and after an hour together.
Online booking, a shop or a bot can be added later — the page won’t need rebuilding.
How it runs
You describe the job in one message. I ask a few questions and say what is realistic and what is not.
From you: the job and a few examples you like
We agree on the order of the blocks and on what the page actually says. Before the design, not after it.
From you: one “yes” to the structure
I show a live page in the browser, not a picture. We settle what to change here, while nothing is live yet.
From you: your notes in one list
Your photos, contacts and links go in. I test the forms on phone, tablet and desktop.
From you: photos, logo, contacts
The page goes live, the sitemap goes to search engines, analytics counts from day one.
From you: nothing
Questions
I do. You describe the service in your own words, a voice message is fine, and I turn that into the page copy and get it approved before the design.
If the page is rebuilt from the ground up, that is this service. If it only needs work on top of someone else’s code, that is “Upgrades”, linked below.
A brochure site is a few short pages. A landing page is one long one. A filtered catalogue with a cart is an online store, a different service.
Yes. Each language is its own address that search engines can index, not a switch that swaps words with a script. This page works exactly that way.
They are added on top, and the page does not have to be rebuilt. Booking and the store are neighbouring services, linked below.
Yes: a demo in your brand — the first screen with your logo and services — before any commitments. The decision is always yours.
The AI assistant trained on your services — it comes with the kit. It answers in your words, and where your materials have no answer, it doesn’t invent one — it calls you.
Yes. You explain the task in Ukrainian, the site launches in your clients’ language, and the second language is part of the job. I already have clients in Switzerland, Germany and Poland.
«We ordered a landing page with animations. Our biggest fear was getting a black box nobody could pick up later. Gordey handed over every file, recorded a video on changing the text ourselves, and walked our managers through it live. A year on we still edit the page ourselves — and haven’t gone back to him once over something small.»
«Our site went down right before Black Friday — the worst possible day. Gordey stepped in and found the cause in 4 hours: the store was choking on database queries. He rewrote the heaviest parts on the spot. We didn’t lose a single order on the day we had worked toward all year.»
«Our home page took 6 seconds to load — people left before it appeared. Gordey worked out exactly what was slowing it down, compressed the images and removed needless database calls. Now it is 1,2 seconds. The site climbed 15 positions in search and brings in 12% more enquiries — all without any advertising.»
If you need the simplest template by tomorrow, a site builder will do it on its own — and that’s a fair choice.
If you want someone who makes changes without a word — that’s not me: I say so when I see a simpler path, and I push back when a decision hurts the result.
If the task is below my entry threshold, I’ll say so in my first reply and, if I can, point you to someone who fits.
Guarantees
If at any stage you are unhappy with the result, we stop and you don’t pay for the time spent. The one exception: materials agreed in advance.
If the task hasn’t changed, the price named at the start doesn’t grow along the way. If the task changes, we talk first, then I build.
If a bug shows up in the first 30 days after launch, I fix it myself — that’s part of the job.
If a critical failure happens after launch, I respond within 2 hours, even on weekends.
If a violation turns up in the code, I fix it myself — that’s on me, not on you. The code is clean enough for any developer to pick up.
If you ever want another developer, the code, access, domain and data are already yours — from day one.
If you need changes, updates or advice after launch, I’m around. I don’t vanish after payment.
Three answers — and I put together the first screen with your logo and your services. You see “yours” first, then you decide.
