ServicesOnline booking website
From an Instagram post or a Google listing — to a booked hour in your calendar and a message in Telegram. No calls, no DM back-and-forth, no front desk glued to the phone by the season.
For clinics, dental and aesthetic practices, salons and barbershops, car services, tutors and studios — anyone people book by the hour. In Ukraine and for Ukrainian-owned salons and clinics in Poland, Germany and Switzerland.
from $400
Just write — I take it from there. Scoping your task costs nothing.
This is working code, not a mock-up — click and see.
A booking page is a link. It goes wherever people already look at you.
A link in the bio and a button under the post. Nobody leaves the app for longer than a minute.
In your business profile, right next to the directions, where someone is already working out how to reach you.
A button in a bot or under a channel post. They book, and the confirmation lands in that same chat.
On the mirror, on the desk, on a card. The client standing in front of you books the next visit while putting a coat on.
Found by name and by service, landing straight on the time picker instead of a phone number that answers nine to seven.
The booking page is the core. Here’s what comes with it so booking works from day one, not “once we set it up”.
A booking page with your services, staff and logo — you book yourself in and see what the front desk receives, before deciding anything.
Every booking — a message to you, a line in the calendar and the spreadsheet. The reminder before the visit goes out on its own.
It answers “how long does it take”, “how do I prepare”, “is there parking” — in your words, from your materials. On anything medical, only what you allowed; otherwise it calls you.
An hour with your front desk and staff plus video guides: add a booking by hand, block a day, set a holiday.
Patients from abroad or local clients in Poland or Germany — a booking page in their language, on its own address.
Client base, calendar, domain and code — yours. No subscription that leaves your data on someone else’s platform.
Prepayment, a Telegram reminder bot or a full website can be added to the same page — no rewrite.
A few messages on Telegram: your field, your services, how many people, how you keep the schedule today.
You see the page and the booking flow before I write a line of code.
I load in the services, the durations, the staff and the hours. You check it from your own phone.
The page opens for clients, and the first booking lands in your Telegram.
Better to hear this at the start than at the end.
While there are fewer bookings than there is time to answer them, the DMs cope. This starts to pay off when answering no longer fits into the day.
That is no longer booking, that is an operations system. I will say so straight away and build it separately if you really need it.
That is a separate step: a payment provider, paperwork, refunds. It can be done, but it is not one button.
The schedule stays yours: hours, days off, lunch, different shifts for different people. That is configuration, not a rewrite.
Each service carries its own length, and the free slots are worked out from it. The demo above does exactly that, so switch the service and watch.
You do. The panel opens on a phone: add a booking by hand, close a day, block a holiday.
Into Telegram right away, and into the calendar. If you want, also by email or into the sheet you already use.
The reminder goes out before the visit on its own, and the client can cancel themselves, which returns the hour to the free list at that moment. Prepayment can be switched on too, as a separate step.
Not necessarily. Booking can go into the site you have, or live on a page of its own. I will look at the code and tell you which is faster.
So the front desk replies with one link instead of ten messages, and the client books at any hour. Instagram stays the shop window; booking lives underneath it.
That’s what the hour of team training and the video guides are for. Bookings arrive in the same Telegram they already have open — no new software to learn.
Yes: a booking page in Polish, the second language included, and you explain the task in Ukrainian. I already have clients in Poland, Germany and Switzerland.
«Half our receptionist’s day went to phone calls: booking, rescheduling, reminding. Gordey put booking right on the site — a client sees the open slots and picks a time. In the first month 70% of bookings came through without a single call. And people show up more often: they chose the hour themselves.»
«Half our students forgot their classes and groups fell apart. Gordey built booking on the site and a bot that reminds them a day and an hour before. No-shows halved, and I no longer message everyone by hand. Best of all, students reschedule themselves and the timetable stays alive.»
If you need the simplest template by tomorrow, a site builder will do it on its own — and that’s a fair choice.
If you want someone who makes changes without a word — that’s not me: I say so when I see a simpler path, and I push back when a decision hurts the result.
If the task is below my entry threshold, I’ll say so in my first reply and, if I can, point you to someone who fits.
Guarantees
If at any stage you are unhappy with the result, we stop and you don’t pay for the time spent. The one exception: materials agreed in advance.
If the task hasn’t changed, the price named at the start doesn’t grow along the way. If the task changes, we talk first, then I build.
If a bug shows up in the first 30 days after launch, I fix it myself — that’s part of the job.
If a critical failure happens after launch, I respond within 2 hours, even on weekends.
If a violation turns up in the code, I fix it myself — that’s on me, not on you. The code is clean enough for any developer to pick up.
If you ever want another developer, the code, access, domain and data are already yours — from day one.
If you need changes, updates or advice after launch, I’m around. I don’t vanish after payment.
Three answers — and I put together the first screen with your logo and your services. You see “yours” first, then you decide.
