The site exists and needs putting right
Layout fixes, the mobile version, speed, new blocks and pages. Someone else’s code is no reason to say no: I read what is there first, then say how much work it really is.
ServicesWebsite redesign and support
From a site you have to explain when you send the link — to a site you’re proud of, that brings leads to your Telegram. Even if someone else built it.
For clinics, workshops, manufacturers and services that already have a site — from 2015, 2018 or a site builder — and need it put right, not rebuilt.
from $400
Just write — I take it from there. Scoping your task costs nothing.
This is working code, not a mock-up — click and see.
Three different jobs that go by one name. I take all three — but first I tell you which one is actually yours.
Layout fixes, the mobile version, speed, new blocks and pages. Someone else’s code is no reason to say no: I read what is there first, then say how much work it really is.
I move it off the builder together with the copy and the images. Page addresses stay as they are or get redirects, so what search has already found does not get lost.
A live site needs something done to it now and then. Each such job runs on its own: its own scope, its own agreement, and I am the one doing it.
An honest list of what this service actually covers. Anything not on it I do not do, and you will hear that at the start rather than after paying.
I go through the code, the speed, the mobile version and how search sees the site. What you get back is a list of jobs in plain words, not a report full of red bars.
Whatever slid on a phone, broke after an update or was never there to begin with — along with the small things nobody wanted to touch.
Images, fonts, surplus scripts and everything that loads before the first screen. Measured before and after, in numbers rather than impressions.
Enquiries that reach you in Telegram, payments, analytics, a link to your sheet or CRM. I check that the enquiry arrived, not that the form submitted.
The section that is missing, a service page, a selection of work, a second language. Built in the same visual language the site already speaks, so it does not turn into patchwork.
Not “a few fixes”, but a site that works for you and stays yours.
I look at the code, speed and mobile version and tell you in plain words what’s worth doing and what isn’t — before we agree on anything.
The form that used to stay silent starts delivering: lead → spreadsheet → a message to you. I check that the lead arrives, not just that the form submits.
The refreshed site gets an assistant trained on your services: it answers common questions in your words and hands the hard ones to you.
Access, how it’s built, how to update it — one document. The “developer vanished, site stayed” story won’t repeat.
Domain, hosting, code and access — on your accounts. If any of it isn’t in your hands now, getting it back comes first.
An hour of training plus video guides: you’ll add a service or change text and photos yourself, no developer needed.
You send the link and list what gets in the way. One message, nothing to prepare in advance.
I open the site and the code, then say it straight: this part needs cosmetics, that part is cheaper rebuilt — and why.
We write it down in full: what gets done and in what order. You see the whole list before I start.
The work happens on a test copy, not on the live site. You see the result before your customers do.
I launch it on the live site and check it from a phone: what you saw on the copy has to work the same way for everyone else.
Yes — that is the whole point of this service. I read what is there first and say how much work it really is. If the code is bad enough that rebuilding is safer, you hear it at the start, not halfway through.
This comes up often. First we work out what part of the site is still under your control. Then I say what can be recovered and what has to be moved.
Yes. Inside the builder I do whatever the builder allows. When its ceiling starts getting in the way, I move the site to code together with the copy and the page addresses.
Yes. There is no subscription: each job starts with its own agreement.
I will say so first. Sometimes an upgrade takes longer than a new page, and staying quiet about that is not in my interest: doing it twice falls to me either way.
No: I work on a copy, not on the live site. You see the result before your clients do, and changes go live only after your “yes”.
Yes, as long as those fixes fit above my entry threshold — I’ll say so in my first reply. Each task stands alone, no subscription.
Simple things — you or your front desk, after an hour of training and with the video guides. The harder ones — me: I don’t disappear after launch.
«We had an old project written 10 years ago that nobody wanted to touch. Gordey updated it piece by piece and the business never stopped for a day. He left behind clear, documented code that our junior team now maintains on its own. A product we had all but buried is earning again.»
«We ordered a landing page with animations. Our biggest fear was getting a black box nobody could pick up later. Gordey handed over every file, recorded a video on changing the text ourselves, and walked our managers through it live. A year on we still edit the page ourselves — and haven’t gone back to him once over something small.»
If you need the simplest template by tomorrow, a site builder will do it on its own — and that’s a fair choice.
If you want someone who makes changes without a word — that’s not me: I say so when I see a simpler path, and I push back when a decision hurts the result.
If the task is below my entry threshold, I’ll say so in my first reply and, if I can, point you to someone who fits.
Guarantees
If at any stage you are unhappy with the result, we stop and you don’t pay for the time spent. The one exception: materials agreed in advance.
If the task hasn’t changed, the price named at the start doesn’t grow along the way. If the task changes, we talk first, then I build.
If a bug shows up in the first 30 days after launch, I fix it myself — that’s part of the job.
If a critical failure happens after launch, I respond within 2 hours, even on weekends.
If a violation turns up in the code, I fix it myself — that’s on me, not on you. The code is clean enough for any developer to pick up.
If you ever want another developer, the code, access, domain and data are already yours — from day one.
If you need changes, updates or advice after launch, I’m around. I don’t vanish after payment.
Three answers — and I put together the first screen with your logo and your services. You see “yours” first, then you decide.
