This is working code, not a mock-up: book yourself in and see what the clinic receives at that moment. Yours will look just like this — with your services.
live demobook the way a patient would
Your client books on their own, at any hour, with no phone call and no “call back tomorrow”. Book the way they would and you immediately see the other half: what you receive at that same moment. A clinic is the example because it is the hardest case: both the doctor and the room are taken — this is where homemade booking forms break most often.
1 booking page · what the patient sees
1 · service
2 · doctor
3 · free times tomorrow
Pick a service and a doctor and the times are recalculated for both resources.
2 what the clinic receives
Empty so far. Book in panel 1 and the same thing the receptionist gets will appear here: a message, a row in the schedule, a room booking and a reminder to the patient with preparation notes.
| time | patient | service | doctor |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10:00 | Iryna K. | Consultation | Kovalchuk O. |
| 13:30 | Andrii P. | Ultrasound | Ishchenko M. |
The booking is already in the clinic schedule
The patient called nobody, the receptionist copied nothing into a notebook, and the hour disappeared for both resources at once — the doctor and the room. It works the same way anywhere a specialist's time and equipment are the product.
Why a taken hour cannot be chosen. Free hours come from the doctor's schedule AND from the room booking, rather than being drawn as a list. So two people cannot book the same hour even if they tap at the same instant — and this is exactly what breaks most often in homemade booking forms.
In your case reminders an hour before the visit, rescheduling with one tap and a client record with history fit in here too. Bookings can land in Google Calendar, in Telegram or in your medical system — wherever suits you.
Want the same for your business?
Leave a contact — I’ll write to you and show a demo in your brand before any commitments. No obligation.
This is exactly what the kit includes: a booking page in your brand, every booking and reminder in Telegram, an AI assistant on your services, an hour of training for the front desk, the keys in your hands.
What else I do
This demo is one of my projects, and it’s working code, not a mock-up. Here is the rest, in plain words: if your task looks like something on this list, it can be done — by one person, from the first message to launch.
- Website or landing page. Someone arriving from an ad sees straight away how you can help and leaves a request in one tap.
- Online shop. Cart, payment and stock: what is sold disappears from the storefront by itself, without you touching it.
- Online booking. The client picks a free hour themselves, at any time — no calls and no “ring back tomorrow”.
- Telegram bot. Takes orders and answers the usual questions while you are busy or asleep.
- App inside Telegram. A shop, a booking page or a client account right inside the messenger — nothing to install.
- AI assistant. Answers questions about your product and terms around the clock and hands the hard ones to you.
- Automation. A request lands in the spreadsheet, in your CRM and in your Telegram by itself — nothing is retyped by hand.
- Rebuilding an old site. The site was built years ago, it is awkward on a phone, the catalogue will not open — I put it right.
Not sure which of these fits your task? Just write it in your own words — I take it from there. Every website or bot comes with an AI assistant, leads in your Telegram and the keys in your hands from day one.
