This is working code, not a mock-up: write to the bot as a client and see what the owner receives at that moment. Yours will speak in your words.
live demomessage the bot as a client
Message the bot the way your client would. At that same moment panel 2 shows the other half — what the owner gets: the request in Telegram, a row in the spreadsheet, a status. This is exactly why orders stop getting lost in chat.
1 @your_shop_bot · what the client sees
Pick an answer the way a client would.
2 what the owner gets
Empty so far. Walk through the dialogue in panel 1 and the same thing the owner receives while busy with something else will appear here.
| time | client | order | status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 18:12 | Oleg | Pizza × 2 | accepted |
The request is already with the owner
Nobody retyped the order from the chat into the spreadsheet — it landed there by itself. The bot works the same way at three in the morning, when there is nobody to answer.
What actually works here. The bot does not “chat” — it walks the client down a short branch to a request and hands it to you in Telegram straight away. Buttons instead of free text are no accident: the client answers with one tap, and you get requests with identical structure that land in the spreadsheet without manual sorting.
Payments inside the bot, reminders, campaigns to your client base and an admin side with order confirmation all fit in here too. The bot works at three in the morning exactly as it does at three in the afternoon.
Want the same for your business?
Leave a contact — I’ll write to you and show a demo in your brand before any commitments. No obligation.
This is exactly what the kit includes: a bot for your niche with your script, a one-line lead in your Telegram and spreadsheet, an AI assistant on your answers, the bot in your own account from day one.
What else I do
This demo is one of my projects, and it’s working code, not a mock-up. Here is the rest, in plain words: if your task looks like something on this list, it can be done — by one person, from the first message to launch.
- Website or landing page. Someone arriving from an ad sees straight away how you can help and leaves a request in one tap.
- Online shop. Cart, payment and stock: what is sold disappears from the storefront by itself, without you touching it.
- Online booking. The client picks a free hour themselves, at any time — no calls and no “ring back tomorrow”.
- Telegram bot. Takes orders and answers the usual questions while you are busy or asleep.
- App inside Telegram. A shop, a booking page or a client account right inside the messenger — nothing to install.
- AI assistant. Answers questions about your product and terms around the clock and hands the hard ones to you.
- Automation. A request lands in the spreadsheet, in your CRM and in your Telegram by itself — nothing is retyped by hand.
- Rebuilding an old site. The site was built years ago, it is awkward on a phone, the catalogue will not open — I put it right.
Not sure which of these fits your task? Just write it in your own words — I take it from there. Every website or bot comes with an AI assistant, leads in your Telegram and the keys in your hands from day one.
